Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-28
This policy explains what data Shaking Head Trend AI collects and how we use it. Operator: Guo Yetao.
What we collect
- Account data from Google sign-in: your email address and name.
- Photos you upload and the images we generate for you.
- Order records: which credit pack you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
- Basic usage and referral data, such as the page you arrived from, to understand which channels work.
How we use it
To create your images, keep your credit balance, process payments and refunds, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data and do not use your photos to train AI models.
Service providers
We use Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Google (sign-in), our AI video provider to generate results, Sightengine (automated content safety checks), Cloudflare (bot protection and email routing), Upstash (rate limiting), Resend (notification emails), and Waffo (payments as Merchant of Record, and caption safety checks). They process data only to provide their service to us. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count anonymous visits; it does not use cookies and does not track individuals.
Retention
Uploaded photos are deleted after 7 days. Your videos stay in My videos until you delete them. If you use Upload from phone, the photo is held for up to 1 hour until your computer picks it up, then handled like any other upload. You can delete any video yourself in My videos at any time – this removes the video and any copy of your photo saved with it. Order records are kept as long as the law requires. Reports and content moderation records are kept as long as needed to handle reports and for legal and payment compliance. You can ask us to delete your account and all data at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to processing, by emailing support@shakingheadtrend.com. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
