The whole process at a glance
To make a head-shaking pet video, upload one clear, front-facing photo to shakingheadtrend.com, sign in with Google, choose a video pack and pay once. One video costs $9.90. Generation takes about 4–5 minutes. Download your 15-second, 720p vertical video from My videos, with music or as a silent copy, then add a caption and optional TikTok sound before posting.
What you need before you start
Have one JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC (iPhone photos work as they are) photo ready, no larger than 10MB, plus a Google account for payment and generation. Use a photo of your own pet or another animal. Cats, dogs, rabbits and calves can all be the subject.
There is no free trial or free preview. Payment is a one-time purchase, with no subscription. If you are unhappy with your result, email support for a refund; failed generations are refunded automatically.
Step 1: Choose and upload one clear photo
Open the pet video maker and upload your photo. Choose a front-facing view with a clearly visible face and good lighting. A single subject works best. Check that you can easily see the eyes, mouth and markings before you use the image. You do not need to catch your pet smiling or sticking out its tongue in the photo. The animation creates those expressions, so prioritize a clear view of the face over a funny starting pose.
If the photo is on your phone while you are using a computer, scan the upload QR code to send it from your phone. You only need one photo for each video.
Step 2: Sign in and choose your video pack
Sign in with Google before paying and generating. Choose 1 video for $9.90, 3 videos for $19.90 (Most popular), or 5 videos for $29.90. Compare the options on the pricing page and check the total before payment.
Each video uses the same 15-second format, 720p resolution and a vertical 9:16 frame (or 16:9 if you pick the YouTube shape). The music version and silent copy are two versions of that one result. Confirm that the photo meets the consent requirements, then complete your one-time payment.
Step 3: Generate the video and let it finish
Allow about 4–5 minutes for generation. The subject smiles with eyes closed while shaking its head from side to side, suddenly opens its eyes wide with a big happy look, then closes its eyes again. The sequence runs through about four rounds, and the music follows the movement.
The subject's appearance, fur color and background stay consistent with your photo. Once generation has started, you can close the page. We email you when it is ready, and it waits in My videos.
Step 4: Download your finished video
Open My videos to download the version with music or the silent copy. Both show the same 15-second video in 720p, in the shape you picked (vertical 9:16 or wide 16:9). If you want to use music, choose the music version; its beat is already matched to the action.
Using a computer but posting from your phone? Scan the download QR code to get the finished video onto your phone. Your uploaded photo is deleted automatically after 7 days; finished videos remain until you delete them.
Step 5: Add your sound and caption
For the trend's original sound, use the silent copy and select Add sound inside TikTok when preparing your post. Choose the trend sound there. TikTok licenses that audio; we do not supply the original sound file. Your video comes with a playful beat, plus a silent copy.
Keep the caption about a small mishap of your own. For example: Me remembering the laundry right after getting comfortable. Let the smiling shake and the eye pop carry the reaction, and check the video and sound together before posting.
Photo checklist: use and avoid
Use: one subject facing the camera, a face you can see clearly, even lighting, and a JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC (iPhone photos work as they are) file up to 10MB. Choose a photo whose background and colors you want to keep.
Avoid: blurry faces, deep shadows, side profiles, faces hidden by toys or hands, and several subjects competing for attention. Use a photo of your own pet.
Troubleshooting
The face or fur looks wrong: Check the source photo for blur, shadows or an obscured face. A clearer, front-facing image is the best starting point. If the finished result disappoints you, email support for a refund.
The photo is rejected: Check the file type and size: JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC (iPhone photos work as they are), up to 10MB. Also make sure it's a photo of your pet.
Generation fails: Failed generations are refunded automatically. If your video is still processing, the usual wait is about 4–5 minutes. Return to My videos to check its status.
You cannot find or download the video: Return to My videos using the same Google account. On a computer, try the download QR code to access the result on your phone. If the problem continues, email support.
